Ethno Tribal Trance Dances are all about Co-Creation, Cooperation, and Collaboration in, what we like to call, "the flow." Everybody grounding themselves in the present moment, drumming together as one force, and sharing the music of their souls in the form of rhythm. As we play together, we are changing the inner world, thereby influencing the outer for the greater good. Ethno Tribal Trance Dance can be used as outlets for healing, emotional release, frequency elevation, and/or a rhythmical massage. This healing and releasing varies from person to person, and it happens to everyone within the aura of this drum circle whether it be an actual drummer playing, or simply someone from the outside looking in.
